Attendance certificate
We hope that this experience was as successful as possible, both from an academic and personal point of view.
Steps to follow
1. Complete "End of stay" online report on myULiège
Be careful: we complete your Attendance Certificate only when you have completed this report. This form will help us improve the conditions in which we make exchange students feel at home in our University but also to know your opinion on your stay in Liege. After completing this form, you must click on 'End' to confirm.
2. Get the "Attendance Certificate"
- either come to the Erasmus Office (Place du 20-Août, 7)
When? max 2-3 days before or whenever you prefer after your last exam (no need to come earlier).
If you have a document from your university, we will sign it. If you don't have one, we will give you the departure certificate of ULiège.
- or contact us by email specifying us the date of your last exam and the day of departure from Liège/Gembloux/Arlon.
If you have a document from your university, we will sign it and send it to you by email or by regular mail. If you don't have one, we will send you the departure form of ULiège.
3. If you registered at the City Hall (Service des étrangers), you must notify your departure
The procedure is explained here www.liege.be/fr/vie-communale/services-communaux/etat-civil-et-population/domicile/demarches/radiation-pour-letranger
Students on the Gembloux or Arlon campus must report to the respective local administration of their host town.
4. Obtain your transcript of records
The ECTS system is based on the principle of transparency of results. At the end of your stay, ULiège will send your transcript of records to the department coordinator of your home university. Only courses listed in your learning agrrement will appear in the official transcript of records.
Our institution's use of these different documents guarantees total recognition of your period of study.
The grade distribution table will appear on the back of your transcript of records. The ECTS system recommends to compare the grade distribution tables of both institutions to convert the grades.
