Are you a staff member at the University and want to travel abroad?

There is funding available to participate in Erasmus missions. Don’t hesitate to obtain more information whether it is for teaching or training purposes.

Erasmus teaching missions (STA)

ULiège offers its teachers the chance to complete teaching missions in its partner European universities. Therefore, ULiège wants to stimulate exchanges between institutions and encourage the mutual recognition of courses and training.

The Erasmus programme covers the majority of essential costs for these stays. The participation conditions are as follows:

  • Minimum 8 hours of classes per week
  • Maximum 2 months of mobility
  • A bilateral agreement must be established between the two institutions
  • The classes given must be fully integrated in to the official schedule

All useful information on these missions is available here.

At the same time, teachers from ULiège can host a teacher from a partner university in their classes. The participation and funding conditions are defined by the origin institution.

International mobility for ULiège staff

Thanks to European funds, ULiège offers its administrative and technical staff members the chance to train in a European institution thanks to international mobility lasting 2-5 days.

This mobility offers an enriching exchange with European counterparts but also allows convergent procedures for processing applications to be found. The University of Liège also hosts its European partners each year during a Staff Training week.
