Registration at ULiège / Incoming exchange student
Upon your arrival, you must perform two important steps: register with the Erasmus Office and contact your faculty coordinator.
Registration with the Erasmus Office
The Erasmus Office helps you manage the preparation of your stay at ULiège. It takes care of your welcoming and the social integration of mobility students. It also ensures ties with faculty coordinators,who is responsible for the academic counselling and supervision of your studies.
Your final registration will be done by coming to the Erasmus Office, where you will receive your student card and your certificates.
All changes made during your stay abroad (change of address or telephone number) must be modified on the myULiège portal (Account>My registrations>My file>contact information>modify).
The communication of important or useful information is done via the myULiège portal and by email. You should therefore check your email regularly.

During registration periods, the office is open to students from Monday to Friday, 9.00 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. and 2.00 p.m. to 4.00 p.m.

Meet your faculty coordinator at ULiège
Upon your arrival in Liège, it is important to contact your faculty coordinator . His/her contact information is provided in the letter accompanying your official acceptance letter.
He/She will welcome you in the Faculty/departmen, validate your "Learning Agreement", and explain you the organization of courses and exams. Any changes regarding the Learning Agreement must be immediately notified to the faculty coordinator, and no modification of the Learning Agreement will be validated without his/her signature.
